The Gardiner Market is looking for a strong Human Resources Manager to help implement our vision of a fun, safe, and socially responsible workplace that grows our employees, serves our customers, and supports our community. The HR Manager will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and store policies, programs, and practices. They will work closely with staff and customers to ensure effectiveness of training, maintenance of store culture, and to assess store needs. They will work closely with owners on staffing needs, policy revisions and implementation, and strategic planning.
